  I have personally worked with Mr. Richard E Oswalt (Dick) and he was great! i would recommend him to anyone that needs help with any traffic violation, or for anything! he did such a wonderful job and really got to know you on a personal level and didn't treat you like "Just another client" he was awsome!   I had been with them for 22 years since I was 15. I dropped them last month. I had moved to Kansas City a year ago and they said I had to redo everything because I was in a different state so redid it all and shut the other one down or so I thought. They started double pulling out of my account and caused my checking account to overdraft costing me money. They said they were sorry and sent me some money to fix it. Everything was good till I moved back to Hutchinson a few months ago. Then I get a call from them saying since I'm back have to redo them all again. So after a month of back and forth with mail to get the paperwork done they say I'm good to go. Next month rolls around double hit again for the second time. So they say sorry we will send the Money out today you will have it in the next few days. Didn't get it called back and said I didn't get it they said they have credited July bill. I said that don't work. At that point told them I was going to shop around they said do what you have to do. Well after 22 years of service I would have expected a different answer. So I switched to State Farm it's cheaper and has perks like safe driving discount. Told them I was leaving they were like ok fine. I said be sure you don't pull anymore money out of my account. Month later money taken out again. I call again and say this isn't ok. My account person says I'll call them now and get it taken care of right away. I finally got everything dealt with with about 3 months of headache. I wouldn't do business with them again.

The insurance claims that I have submitted were taken care of in a very timely manner and the coverage was beyond what I expected.
